    • A hydraulic ride control system for a working vehicle such as a wheel loader is provided with boom cylinders, an actuator control valve for controlling a pressure in bottom pressure chambers of the boom cylinders, an accumulator connected to the bottom pressure chambers of the boom cylinders via a connection line, an opening control valve having a pilot chamber to selectively communicating or cutting off the connection line depending on a pressure in the pilot chamber, and a selector unit for selectively feeding a pressure to or draining a pressure from the pilot chamber. The selector unit comprises a controller for variably controlling an opening of the opening control valve.

    • A coin packaging apparatus facilitates a change operation of the type of coins processed, can correspond to any type of coin, and is an apparatus which feeds coins one by one from a circular plate and conveys them along a coin passage and in which required processing, such as totaling and separation of the coins to be packaged, is performed. The coins are fed to a coin stacking portion where a required number of coins are stacked and packaged by a coin packaging portion. A coin passage width adjustment device steplessly adjusts the width of the coin passage, a coin passage height adjustment device steplessly adjusts the height of the coin passage, and a coin stacking portion inner diameter adjustment device steplessly adjusts the inner diameter of the coin stacking portion. A coin information input portion receives coin information, including at least the diameter and thickness of coins to be proposed. A coin information coin passage width information P.sub.1 and the coin storage portion stores coin information of at least the diameter and thickness of coins to be processed in correspondence with the type of coin. A coin type specification portion specifies the type of coin to be processed, and a control unit determines the inner diameter of a coin stacking portion and the height and width of a coin passage portion from coin information from the coin information storage portion and on the basis of the coin type from the coin type specification means, and operates each of the adjustment portion to those determined dimensions.

    • Disclosed is a very small sized rotating and cutting tool comprising a rotating and cutting part such as drill bit and a shank which is a separate solid body having a through aperture permitting insertion of the rotating and cutting part into the through aperture and removal of the rotating and cutting part from the through aperture when it has been worn or broken. With this arrangement the worn or broken rotating and cutting part can be easily removed from the shank simply by pushing the rotating and cutting part out of the through aperture of the shank, and the shank can be reused. Also, advantageously the lathing of a relatively large cylinder into a "large-and-small cylindrical object" as is carried out in making a conventional miniature drill, is not required. For these reasons miniature rotating-and-cutting tools can be manufactured and marketed at reduced price.
