    • PURPOSE:To improve filtration efficiency and to provide a filter machine which is less clogged by forming hollow cylindrical filter media of transversely laminated rings, forming annular grooves having communicating parts to the lower part of the opposed contact surfaces of said rings and communicating the annular opposed contact spacings with the annular grooves. CONSTITUTION:The hollow cylindrical filter media 1 are formed of the plural rings 4 laminated in the axial direction in an outside cylinder 2 and the annular grooves 5 are formed to the laminated and opposed contact surfaces of the rings 4. The communicating parts 6 are notched and formed to the lower parts of the grooves 5. A material is moved and compressed toward a cap 10 when a raw material is charged in a charging port 12 and a spiral 9 is thrned. The liquid component of the material passes the annular opposed contact spacings (t), advances into the grooves 5 and enters a separated liquid discharge part 3 from which the liquid is discharged to the outside. The solid component is pressed toward the cap 10 and is discharged to the outside. The filtration efficiency is greatly improved and the clogging is decreased by using such filter machine.

    • PURPOSE:To correctly perform the fixed quantity discharge of granules and the adjustment of the discharge quantity by installing a tank on a rotary disk, providing a discharge port on the lower periphery of this tank, surrounding a discharge chamber facing the discharge port with an envelope wall having an inflow port, and fitting an adjusting plate to the inflow port. CONSTITUTION:When granules are put into a tank 1 and a drive unit 5 is operated, a rotary disk 3 is rotated in one direction. Then, granules on the rotary disk 3 are rotated and shifted in the same direction and are fed into a discharge chamber 9 through an inflow port 12 in sequence. In this case, an adjusting plate 13 is fixed at a predetermined height position in response to the granules discharged through a discharge port 8, and the granules corresponding to the height between its lower edge 13A and the upper surface of the rotary disk 3 are allowed to flow into the discharge chamber 9 so as to form layers. Then, the granules flowing into the discharge chamber 9 hit a rake-out wall 10 and are pushed out to the discharge port 8 to be discharged through the discharge port 8. Thereby, the fixed quantity discharge of granules can be performed correctly and also the adjustment of the discharge quantity can be performed easily.

    • PURPOSE:To save power consumption by providing a rotary disk for preventing pressure of a powder and grain body in a storage body from being applied to send-in and send- out vanes, in a device for discharging powder and grain body such as a mixed feed, etc., to make the rotation torque of vanes small. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 9 is rotated causing a send-in vane A and a send-out vane B to rotate, a powder and grain body in a storage body 1 flows into a discharging body 2 through a central flow-in port 12 and a peripheral flow-in port 13 in a condition that the pressure of the powder and grain body in the storage body 1 is prevented from being directly applied to the vanes A, B by means of a rotary disk 4 at a connecting part between the storage body 1 and the discharging body 2. The powder and grain body which flowed in through the flow-in port 13, falls on the outer peripheral part of a fixed disk 3, is sent into the centerl part of the discharging body 2 by the action of the vane A, falls on the top of a bottom plate 2b of the discharging body through a falling port 14, and is discharged through a discharge port 11. On the other hand, the powder and grain body which flowed in through the flow-in port 12 falls on the bottom plate 2b of the discharging body and is discharged through the discharge port 11. Since the pressure of the powder and grain body in the storage body 1 is intercepted by the disk 4, the torque of the vanes A, B can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To allow coal to be discharged uniformly and successively from the lower part thereof, by arranging a conveyor equipped with coal scraping-up blades to a coal outflow port situated between the circumferential wall and the bottom surface of a storage tank thereby breaking the angle of repose of the coal in the tank by the scraping-up blades. CONSTITUTION:A discharge outlet 9 is situated in the center of the bottom G' of the tank 1 and the outflow port 7 is situated at the circumferential section thereof. The coal situated at the central part is delivered from the discharge outlet 9 through central rotating vanes 10 onto the conveyor 14. On the other hand when a box type conveyor 17 is run the coal situated at the peripheral section is scraped up onto a conveyor 19 between a regulating plate 8' and the bottom G' by the scraping-up blades 23 and is delivered out by the conveyor 19. As the coal adjacent the outflow port 7 is allowed fall down, its angle of repose is broken on discharging guides 6, 16, and the coal is allowed to flow from the bottom part thereof to the outflow port 7.
