The control unit includes (i) a calculating unit that calculates a shape of a peripheral edge of a medium from any one or both of an output of the image reading mechanism and an image of the medium read by the image reading mechanism, (ii) a detecting unit that detects a change in the shape on a boundary of an overlap detected portion, from the shape calculated by the calculating unit and a position of the overlap detected portion detected by the multifeed detecting mechanism, and (iii) a deciding unit that determines a case where the change in the shape is detected by the detecting unit, as a multifeed.

Next, the molded is immersed in a tank filled, for example, with a fluorine compound solution, and a SAM film that is a self-assembled monolayer is formed on the surface activated by ultraviolet radiation.

摘要： Two workpieces composed of a resin workpiece and a resin workpiece, or composed of a resin workpiece and a glass substrate are bonded to each other such that troubles, such as an alignment shift and breakage etc. are not generated, while ensuring bonding uniformity. A first workpiece is placed on an inverting stage of an inverting stage unit, a second workpiece is placed on a work stage of a pressurizing stage unit, and UV light is radiated from a light irradiation unit. Then, the inverting stage is inverted 180°, the workpieces are overlapped each other on the work stage, and the workpieces are pressurized and pre-bonded to each other. Then, the workpieces in the pre-bonded state are transferred to a heating stage by a transfer means, the temperature of the workpieces is increased to a predetermined temperature by heating the workpieces, and the temperature is maintained until bonding is completed.

摘要： In cooperation between each data center and a WAN, virtual machine migration is carried out without interruption in processing so as to enable effective power-saving implementation, load distribution, or fault countermeasure processing. Each node located at a boundary point between the WAN and another network is provided with a network address translation (NAT) function that can be set dynamically to avoid address duplication due to virtual machine migration. Alternatively, each node included in the WAN is provided with a network virtualization function; and there are implemented a virtual network connected to a data center for including a virtual machine before migration, and a virtual network connected to a data center for including the virtual machine after migration, thereby allowing coexistent provision of identical addresses. Thus, the need for changing network routing information at the time of virtual machine migration can be eliminated, and a setting change for migration accomplished quickly.
