摘要： A probe comprises: a membrane having a bump which contacts an input/output terminal of an IC device built into a semiconductor wafer under test; a pitch conversion board having a bottom surface on which a first terminal is provided and a top surface on which a second terminal connected to the first terminal is provided; a circuit board which is electrically connected to a test head and has a third terminal; a first anisotropic conductive rubber member having a first conductor part which electrically connects the bump of the membrane and the first terminal of the pitch conversion board; and a second anisotropic conductive rubber member having a second conductor part which electrically connects the second terminal of the pitch conversion board and the third terminal of the circuit board, and the second conductor parts are provided on the whole of the second anisotropic conductive rubber member.

摘要： An elevator in which the sheave diameter is reduced and the attendant lowering of the rope life and strength is suppressed to secure safety and reliability. To this end, a rope is used in which a plurality of element wires constituting the wire rope are each covered with resin material and the whole wire rope is covered with resin material, thereby reducing the wear due to slippage between the element wires and the wear due to contact with the sheave, which wear occurs when the rope is entrained around the sheave. When the elevator sheave diameter is reduced, a worried lowering of the rope life can be suppressed or the rope life can be improved. Thus, it is possible to achieve reduction of size and weight of equipment including motors and hoists, installation space saving for elevators, improved safety and reliability of the system by virtue of the increased rope life.

摘要： The hibernation start-up by the kernel function takes a long time due to a processing time required for a normal boot sequence. When starting an operating system, the information processing apparatus according to the present invention determines whether to perform the hibernation start-up processing before initialization of a memory management mechanism. When the hibernation start-up processing is performed, a size of the memory management mechanism is reduced to a minimum size necessary for initializing the kernel and a hibernation image is read in parallel with initialization of hardware. The limited memory management area can be restored to a state free from a limitation by reading the hibernation image.
