    • The present invention relates to a membrane having bound thereto an antibacterial peptide that binds to collagen, and more particularly to a collagen membrane comprising a fusion peptide of a collagen-binding peptide and an antibacterial peptide, fixed to the collagen surface.The present invention provides a collagen membrane having surface activity by a fusion peptide bound to the surface thereof. When the collagen membrane is transplanted in vivo, the retention time of the fusion peptide in a local region can increase, and the fusion peptide can promote the cell migration, proliferation and differentiation associated with bone tissue regeneration, thereby maximizing the ability to regenerate bone tissue. Thus, the collagen membrane contributes to the development of therapeutic technology for bone induction and regeneration. Also, the fusion peptide may be applied to other types of graft materials made of collagen. In addition, the collagen-binding peptide of the fusion peptide can also be bound to peptides having the effect of regenerating other tissues, and thus can be applied as a biomaterial for regeneration of other tissues such as the skin.

    • The present invention relates to a peptide having bone tissue regeneration capacity and binding to surface of apatite, and more particularly, to a peptide having bone tissue regeneration capacity and specifically binding to a surface of apatite mineral, capable of being stably immobilized to the surface of apatite mineral to retain effective activity and exhibit bone regeneration effects for a long time, by linking an amino acid sequence having bone tissue regeneration capacity and an amino acid sequence having apatite-binding capacity to each other to thereby provide a peptide having both bone-forming effects and binding capacity to the surface of apatite mineral, and a composition for bone tissue regeneration, containing the peptide.     • The present invention relates to an injectable bone regeneration material containing a bone formation enhancing peptide, and more particularly, to an injectable bone regeneration material, in which a bone formation enhancing peptide essentially containing one and more amino acid sequences among SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 28 is bonded or mixed to a gel-forming base material selected from the group consisting of chitosan, alginic acid, silk fibroin, propylene glycol, propylene glycol alginic acid, poloxamer, chondroitin sulphate, and the combination thereof. The injectable bone regeneration material according to the present invention can increase differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells and osteoblasts into bone tissue, thus maximizing tissue regeneration by a peptide capable of promoting differentiation of bone tissue and periodontal tissue regeneration. The injectable bone regeneration material is in the form of a gel, and thus can be applied to a surface of various medical devices such as implant etc., and can be mixed with bone graft particles to apply, so that it can increase a treatment effect of existing medical devices to maximize a tissue regeneration effect.
