    • The present invention relates to novel phytase enzyme, a gene coding the enzyme, and a Citrobacter sp. producing the enzyme. Particularly, the present invention relates to the phytase enzyme produced from Citrobacter sp. having (a) molecular weight of 47 kDa, (b) optimal pH of 3.5-4.5, (c) optimal temperature of 45-55° C., (d) as substrates phytate, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, ATP or ADP, (e) Michaelis constant of 0.3-0.5 mM utilizing phytate as substrate, and (f) high resistance to protease such as pepsin, trypsin, papain, elastase or pancreatin. The present invention also relates to the gene coding the phytase enzyme and the Citrobacter braakii producing the enzyme. The phytase enzyme and the Citrobacter braakii producing the enzyme of the present invention can be used in manufacturing a feed of monogastrics as feed additive and in recovering a specific decomposition product of phytate at low price.

In one embodiment and by way of example, a method includes identifying, at a computing device, an organization using a SAML process in an on-demand service environment, obtaining SAML credentials relating to the identified organization, and testing the SAML credentials relating to the identified organization. The testing includes asserting a set of test credentials against the SAML credentials relating to the identified organization. The method may further include generating one or more new codes based on testing results obtained from testing.

    • Non-activated tissue-regeneration polypeptides (TRPs) and their preparation methods are disclosed. The TRPs include: a protein transduction domain (PTD) making the polypeptides to permeate a cell membrane without cell membrane receptors; a furin activation domain (FAD) which has at least one proprotein convertase cleavage site and which can be cleaved by the proprotein convertase and activate a tissue regeneration domain (TRD) in cells; and a tissue regeneration domain (TRD) which can be activated by the proprotein convertase cleavage of the FAD to stimulate the growth or formation of tissues or to induce the regeneration of tissues. The TRPs can be mass-produced by cultured bacteria, such as recombinant E. coli, are in a non-activated state before in vivo administration, and their separation, purification, handling, storage and administration are simple and convenient. The in vivo administration of the TRPs is useful to stimulate the formation or regeneration of tissues, such as bones or cartilages, or to improve the fibrosis and cirrhosis of organs, such as kidneys, liver, lungs and heart by pharmacological mechanisms completely different from those of prior rhBMPs or TGF-β proteins.
