    • Disclosed are a method and a device for adjusting screen locking time, and an electronic terminal. Time interval values T1, T2, . . . , and TN between screen locking and screen unlocking for consecutive N times are acquired, and when it is determined that the acquired time interval values T1, T2, . . . , and TN are all in a preset threshold range, a current screen locking time value is updated into the sum of the current screen locking time value and a preset time delay value. In the disclosure, a usage situation in which the terminal automatically locks the screen and a user unlocks the screen is monitored in real time, and according to the time intervals between screen locking and screen unlocking for consecutive N times, it is determined whether the current screen locking time is appropriate in the current usage environment and situation. When the determining result is that the current screen locking time is inappropriate, the current screen locking time value is automatically updated into the current screen locking time value plus the preset time delay value, so as to achieve the objective of dynamically adjusting the screen locking time according to the current usage environment and situation, thereby effectively reducing the unlocking operations and screen locking settings of the user and improving satisfaction in the user experience.

The method includes that: when a UE accesses a WEB page through a browser, the browser parses a received HTML text, and typesets the WEB page in manner of a default picture according to a result of the parsing; a visual area of the WEB page is calculated and a control within the visual area is acquired; and after it is determined that the control within the visual area includes an image control and each image control within the visual area has obtained a corresponding picture, the visual area is drawn. With the disclosure, when a user only wants to view part of the area of a WEB page, time waiting for displaying of the WEB page and data-flow consumption are reduced by merely downloading any picture of the WEB page that is within the scope of a screen.

    • The present invention discloses methods and devices for humidifying the proton exchange membranes of fuel cells with water obtained from the exhaust of the fuel cells. Humidifying methods include the following steps: cooling the hot and humid exhaust of the fuel cell to condense the water in the exhaust with the intake gas for the fuel cell; separating the water from the rest of the exhaust, and, delivering the water to the intake gas of the fuel cell. Humidifying devices include an outer shell containing a rotating inner shell. The inside of the inner shell forms a chamber where the exhaust is collected and cooled, and water is condensed and separated by the rotation of the inner shell. Openings on the inner shell allow the condensed water to pass through to one or more chambers containing the intake gas. The chambers are formed by the inside of the outer shell and the outside of the inner shell. Humidifying devices methods and devices of this invention can respond to the varying power output of the fuel cell. They also have high humidifying efficiency, low energy consumption, are cheap to operate, and work well during startup at low temperatures.
