    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured emergency evacuation facility, which is easily installed without the need for a wide installation space, reduces a risk of breakage of connections due to tsunami and the like and decreases water flow pressure, reduces flooding into an evacuation space and can ensure a space part enabling persons to breathe even on the occurrence of submersion in the space part, can ensure survival of evacuees even when the facility is entirely submerged, and suitable for emergency evacuation in order to temporarily escape flood disaster such as tsunami and flooding.SOLUTION: A tower-shaped emergency evacuation facility 1 constituted of a large-size steel pipe 2 having an inner diameter of 2.5 m and a length of 16 m is erected above a foundation steel pipe 8 constituted of a rotary penetration steel pipe pile having a setting depth of 12 m buried into the ground, via a foundation part 9. An upper room 4 provided in the pipe and a spiral staircase part 5 below the upper room are evacuation spaces 3 of evacuees. An air-tight hatch 10 is provided in a doorway, and the evacuation spaces 3 inside the pipe are air-tight sealed spaces.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the creeping of a concrete for forming a concrete structure into the connecting part of continuous underground walls by a method in which horizontal reinforcing bars projected from the end of a reinforcing bar cage are covered by a sheet, the cage is erected into an excavated trench, and a fluid is filled into the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal reinforcing bars 10a are projected from one end of a reinforcing bar cage 10, and a flexible sheet 10c is set to surround the bars 10a. Both ends of the sheet 10c are detachably attached to a connecting steel plate 10b. The cage 10 is erected in a preceding trench 1, and water 20 is injected into the space between the plate 10b and the sheet 10c. Concrete 40 is then placed into the trench 1, a following trench 2 is excavated, the sheet 10c is removed out, and a reinforcing bar cage is erected in the following trench. A continuous underground wall can thus be constructed without creeping of concrete 40 into the connecting part.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate drawing-out of partition plates before formation of succeeding walls by a method in which a connecting plate, a side plate, and a partition plate are interposed in the joints of continuous walls, and under a condition that concrete for preceding wall is in a semi-hardened state, the connecting plate and the side plate are drawn out. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar cage 3 is set in a preceding excavated hole 1a, and a filler 12, e.g., crushed stones, etc., is packed between the outside end of a joint box 10 and the side end of the hole 1a. Under a condition that concrete for forming preceding wall is in a semi-hardened state, the connecting plate 10a and side plate 10b of the joint box 10 are drawn out, and a hole 1b for succeeding wall is excavated in the side of the filler 12. After the partition plate 10c is drawn out, a reinforcing bar cage for succeeding wall is inserted into the hole 1b by overlapping it with the cage 3, and concrete for following wall is placed. The removal of the partition wall can thus be made easier, and the continuous wall can be easily constructed.

    • PURPOSE:To make easier the removal of partition plates before formation of following wall by a method in which joint plates wit connectors, side plates, and partition plates are interposed in the joints of a continuous wall, and under a condition that concrete for preceding wall is in a semi-hardened state, the side plates are drawn out. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar cage 3 is set in a preceding excavated hole 1a, and a filler 11, e.g., crushed stones, etc., is packed into the space on the outside end of a joint box 10 attached to the cage 3. Under a condition that concrete for formation of preceding wall is in a semi-hardened state, the side plate 14 of the box 10 is drawn out, and a hole for succeeding wall is excavated on the side of the filler 11. The partition plate 16 of the box 10 is drawn out, a reinforcing bar cage for succeeding wall is inserted into the hole for succeeding wall by overlapping it with the cage 3, and concrete for succeeding wall is placed. The removal of the partition wall can thus be made easier and the continuous wall can be easily constructed.
