摘要： A light source comprises a light emitting diode array (101) and a collimator array (102). The light emitting diode array (101) comprises at least two light emitting diode units (101a, 101b) that emit light of different colors; the collimator array (102) is used for collimating light emitted by the light emitting diode units (101a, 101b) and keep the optical extension of the light emitted by the light emitting diode units (101a, 101b) substantially unchanged. The light source further comprises a dodging device (103) used for dodging light emerging from the collimator array (102). An illuminating device comprises the light source. The light emitting diode units (101a, 101b) and the collimator unit (102a) in the light source and the illuminating device minimize the optical extension of the emergent light, thereby maximizing the luminance.

摘要： An illumination device and a projection system using the same. The illumination device includes two or more color channels each including one or more light sources for generating a color light. At least one of the color channels includes light sources of a first type for generating a first (narrow band) light and light sources of a second type for generating a second light. The dominant wavelengths of the first and second lights are within 50 nm of each other, and the width of the combined spectrum (sum of normalized spectra of the first and second lights) is greater than the width of the spectrum of the first light by at least 10 nm. A wavelength-based light combiner is used to combine the color lights from the color channels into a combined light.

摘要： An illumination system for stage lighting and a method for providing high-brightness white light are provided. The illumination system for stage lighting includes LED arrays (1, 2, 3) which are packaged on a heat dissipation plate and consist of several LED chips, an optical combining device (4) which can combine the light emitted by respective LED chips to one beam, a focusing lens (5) which can focus the light emitted by the optical combination device to a light-emitting window (11), a transmission type wavelength converter (7) and a control processing device. When white light is provided, the control processing device controls the LED chips with predetermined wavelengths to emit light and the transmission type wavelength converter is cut into the light path to generate excited light.

摘要： A light source comprising an excitation light source for providing excitation light, and an optical wavelength conversion member disposed at a distance from the excitation light source. The optical wavelength conversion member comprises an optical wavelength conversion material for converting the excitation light into stimulated light. The light source also comprises an optical-guiding member that allows the excitation light to be incident on the optical wavelength conversion material, and an optical-collecting member for collecting converted light originating from the optical wavelength conversion material. To separate the paths of the converted light and the excitation light, the etendue of the optical-guiding member is less than or equal to ¼ of the etendue of the optical-collecting member. This allows the optical-guiding member to draw in the excitation light while preventing the excessive escape of the converted light through the optical-guiding member.

摘要： A solid state light source device for generating a constant broad band light useful in multiple SLM projectors. The light source device includes a blue or UV/near UV excitation light and a moving plate carrying wavelength conversion materials to convert the excitation light into a broad band light. The wavelength conversion materials include red, green, yellow and/or blue phosphors, and may pass some of the blue excitation light. The broad band light outputted by the phosphor plate includes at least two primary color components and has a constant intensity and spectrum as a function of time. The solid state light source device further includes a second light source such as a blue light source, and a light combination device which combines the output light of the moving phosphor plate and the light from the second light source into one beam of constant, broad band light.

摘要： A light source system and a projection system employing the same. The light source system includes a light source emitting an excitation light, a moving device carrying a wavelength conversion material and an adjustment device. The excitation light irradiates on the wavelength conversion material. When the moving device is in a periodical moving state, the light spot position irradiated by the excitation light on the moving device moves following a first working track. The adjustment device is used for adjusting the light spot position irradiated by the adjusted excitation light on the moving device so that it moves following a second working track. The first working track is separated from the second working track. The system can reduce the working load of the wavelength conversion material on the first working track, thus slowing the aging of the wavelength conversion material, and improving the life of the light source system.
