    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-fitting prevention connector by which, if a short spring is added to a connector including a CPA and a packing, and if the number of poles of a terminal is multiple, insertion force of the short spring during short-circuit release is not so enhanced, and half-fitting prevention is satisfied as before.SOLUTION: The half-fitting prevention connector includes a male connector 10; a female connector 20; and a CPA 30 slidably attached to the outside of the female connector 20. Further, the male connector 10 includes a male beak 10L; and a short spring 10S and a terminal 10T. The female connector 20 includes a female lock 20L, and a short-circuit release plate section 20S inserted between the short spring 10S and the terminal 10T. In the connector, by forming an incoming inclined plane Le at the front end part of the male beak 10L, the female lock 20L obtains thrust force on the incoming inclined plane Le. This reduces the insertion force of the short-circuit release plate section 20S.
