    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which uniformizes the quality of a material and makes the orientation of a resin hardly appear, when a bathtub with a flange part is manufactured from a thermoplastic resin by using an injection split mold.
      SOLUTION: The injection split mold, wherein a plurality gates communicating with the inside of a molding cavity are formed of a bottom surface of the bathtub with a main body part provided with the flange part, and a part corresponding to the backside of the flange part, is prepared; a resin molding material including the thermoplastic resin as a main component is infilled into the cavity of the injection split mold through the plurality of gates; and the injection split mold is solidified after being held in a compressed state, so that the bathtub with the flange part can be manufactured as a resin molded article.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a composite molded article, in which the adhesion between unsaturated polyester resin and thermoplastic resin is excellent, by a method wherein composite molding is carried out between the unsaturated polyester resin, which is prepared by mixing unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl heterocyclic compound containing a five-membered ring with one nitrogen atom at the 1-position on the ring at the specified mixing ratio, and the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Composite molding is carried out between unsaturated polyester resin 2, which is prepared by mixing 1-20 pts.wt. of vinyl heterocyclic compound containing a five-membered ring with one nitrogen atom at the l-position on the ring with 100 pts.wt. of resin content of unsaturated polyester resin, and thermoplastic resin 1. In this case, as the vinyl heterocyclic compound, l-vinyl imidazole or 1-vinyl. pyrrolidone is employed. By mixing vinyl heterocyclic compound, the adhesion between the unsaturated polyester resin and the thermoplastic resin becomes higher, resulting in allowing to prevent moisture through the bonding interface between the unsaturated polyester resin and the thermoplastic resin in a composite molded article from absorbing and consequently the deterioration of insulation from developing.
