摘要： Deterioration of television reception sensitivity is prevented by using a noise signal generated from a noise signal source in a portable device. A first case includes a first coupling element connected to one of input parts of the noise-cancelling section in a part of a facing surface thereof. A second case includes a second coupling element supplied with a noise signal from the noise signal source in a part of a facing surface thereof. When the television signal is received with the noise signal source brought in a vicinity of the television receiving antenna, the first and second coupling elements are brought in a vicinity of each other and coupled at a high frequency so as to form a noise signal transmission section. The noise-cancelling section noise-cancels the first noise signal by a second noise signal transmitted to the noise-cancelling section via the noise signal transmission section.

摘要： A noise canceller includes an input terminal for receiving an input signal containing a received signal and a first noise signal generated by a noise source, a first delay unit for delaying the input signal, a pick-up antenna for receiving a second noise signal generated by the noise source, a cancel-signal generator for generating a noise-canceling signal based on the second noise signal, and a combiner for combining the delayed input signal and the noise-canceling signal so as to cancel the first noise signal contained in the input signal, and outputting the received signal. The noise canceller can include a second delay unit for delaying the second signal instead of the first delay unit or in addition to the first delay unit. This noise canceller cancels the noise signal generated by the noise source, thereby providing an electronic device having a preferable receiving sensitivity.

Concretely, a metalworking oil composition having high workability even under a severer lubricating condition while resisting to high productivity, and further capable of suppressing deterioration of working environments or degradation of quality of a product without rise of lubricant cost, a metalworking oil composition for minimal quantitative lubrication system, which is excellent in characteristics as a water-insoluble lubricant for nonferrous metalworking and also in characteristics as a lubricant for cutting/grinding by minimal quantitative lubrication method, and can attain improvement in working efficiency and a further extended tool life, an electric discharge machining oil improved in working environments such as odor or skin roughness and further improved in processing rate, particularly processing rate in high-level finish, a rust preventing oil composition improved in resin compatibility, and a detergent excellent in adaptability with organic material are demanded.Therefore, metalworking oil which contains, as hydrocarbon base oil, hydrocarbon base oil having a density at 15° C. of 0.7 to 0.8 g/cm3, and including a n-paraffin content of 10 to 90% by mass, an aromatic content of 0 to 3% by volume, and a naphthene content of 0 to 20% by volume, a metalworking oil including the above-mentioned base oil and ester oil, and electric discharge machining oil, rust preventing oil, and a detergent composition including the above-mentioned base oil are provided.

摘要： A retardation film which has few foreign matter defects and small retardation nonuniformity and meets the required quality of a retardation film is provided with high productivity at a low cost by melt extruding a polycarbonate.The retardation film obtained by stretching and orienting a melt extruded film of a polycarbonate is characterized in that: (1) the polycarbonate constituting the film has a viscosity average molecular weight of 1.3×104 to 1.8×104; (2) the retardation R(589) within the plane of the film measured at a wavelength of 589 nm is 50 to 800 nm; (3) the retardation R(589) nonuniformity within the plane of the film is ±5 nm; (4) the average thickness of the film is 10 to 150 μm; and (5) the number of film defects as large as 100 μm or more is 2 or less/m2.

摘要： Methods and structures are disclosed which realize high Q inductors to provide on-chip noise matching of microwave monolithic integrated circuits, such as low noise amplifiers and output matching networks for power amplifiers. High Q inductors, of typically 6nH, are devised by using the inductance of package leads, bondwires, electronic board trace wires and transmission lines and other components in various configurations. These and other components are serially connected starting from a chip pad, representing a circuit node, to a circuit input on a that electronic board.
