The service plug is a shutoff device that can shut off an output path of the battery by a manual operation. When a vehicle is hard hit at the front and a circuit of PCU is damaged, an excessive current may flow to the PCU, possibly generating heat or smoke from the PCU. When the vehicle goes wrong, a person on board the vehicle may pull out the service plug, whereby the power supply path from battery to PCU can be shut off.

摘要： A stator provided with annular split stator cores, formed by stacking steel plates. Each plate includes a yoke and a stator tooth. The cores include a yoke portion a stator tooth portion. The stator is manufactured by arranging an electromagnetic steel plate between a first die and a second die. The first die has a hole shaped as a steel plate. The second die has a projection inserted into the hole and shaped as a steel plate. The steel plates are formed by the first and the second dies. In a gap between an inner surface of the first die that defines the hole and an outer surface of the projection, a gap at a part that forms the stator tooth portion is larger than a gap at a part that defines a circumferential end surface of the yoke portion located in a circumferential direction of the stator core.

At least a portion of the pressurized powder core section forms at least a part of a winding slot section around which a winding is wrapped. 摘要： In a stator core composed of a powder compacted magnetic body, a yoke part comprises a protrusion protruding from an axial end face of a tooth. The tooth has an axial length gradually decreases towards an outside along the radial direction of the stator core, and a circumferential length which gradually increases towards an outside along the radial direction of the stator core. In one of the cross sections of stator core perpendicular to a radial direction, the height difference between axial end faces of the yoke part and the tooth is substantially equal to an axial length of a coil end part. Further, a cross-sectional area of the tooth perpendicular to the radial direction is substantially maintained constant along the radial direction, and the cross-sectional area is secured at a junction between the tooth and the yoke part, while half of the cross-sectional area is secured in a circumferential cross section of the yoke part.
