    • The present invention discloses a vacuum glass sealing device. The device comprises an air extraction table, an upper pressing plate and a heating device, wherein the air extraction table is provided with an accommodating groove for placing glass plates to be sealed, the upper pressing plate is pressed on the glass plates to be sealed in the accommodating groove and air-tightly connected with the air extraction table around the periphery of the accommodating groove; and the air extraction table and/or the upper pressing plate are provided with air extraction ports, and the heating device heats the glass plates to be sealed from the exterior. The air extraction table and the upper pressing plate form a closed space in the sealing device, and the upper pressing plate is directly pressed on the glass plates to be sealed, so the volume of the closed space is greatly reduced, and conditions are created for quick vacuumizing of the closed space and quick sealing of the vacuum glass. The closed space in the sealing device is only used for providing a vacuum environment, and the heating device for welding is separately arranged at the exterior, so equipment operation is convenient, equipment construction is simplified, and a condition is created for large-scale processing of the vacuum glass.

    • The present invention discloses a vacuum glass component, wherein the vacuum glass component is formed by compounding two or a plurality of glass plates, and the peripheries of the two or a plurality of glass plates are sealed with each other through sealing part in air-tight manner, a gap remains between the sealing part and the edge of the glass plate, vacuum-pumping is performed between adjacent glass plates at the inner side of the sealing part, and the sealing part is isolated from the outer environment between adjacent glass plates at the outer side of the sealing part by filling seal gum, resin or plastic. The vacuum glass component make the outer side of the sealing part isolated from the outer environment by using seal gum, resin or plastic, thereby preventing the metal at the sealing part from forming a heat bridge and facilitating the later installation and use of vacuum glass component. Moreover, the surface at the side edge of the vacuum glass component can be trimmed to be parallel and level by setting seal gum, resin or plastic, thereby keeping the beautiful appearance of the vacuum glass component.

    • A sealing device for slot-type vacuum glass is provided with a slot (11) through which a glass sheet to be sealed passes, inductive heating coils (14) are arranged around the slot, and the circumference of the glass sheet to be sealed is gradually hermetically sealed through metal brazing process as the glass sheet to be sealed passes through the slot via conveyor rollers (13).     • A method for sealing vacuum glass and a vacuum glass product processed by said method are provided. The method specifically is: preparing metallized layers (6) consolidated with glass plates on the surface to be sealed at the edge of the glass plates by the known sintering process; enabling hermetically sealing the edges of the two glass plates (1, 2) by welding and connecting metal sealing sheet (7) between the metallized layers (6) of the tow glass plates to be hermetically sealed. A brand new technology for manufacturing vacuum glass is provided by sintering metallized layers on the surface of the glass plates, and hermetically sealing the edges of the glass plates by use of the metallized layers and metal sealing sheet. This method not only has the advantage of firm connection at the sealing part, high air-tightness, good thermal impact resistance, but also ensures safe use of the vacuum glass by the use of the metal sealing sheet which can well adapt to the temperature deformation of the inner and outer glass plates of the vacuum glass produced by the difference in temperature.
