    • An electrical power blade connector includes a dielectric housing having a mating cavity for receiving a mating connector inserted into the cavity through an open front end thereof in a mating direction. A pair of blade support arms project forwardly within the cavity. The support arms are spaced laterally of the mating direction. Each support arm has a pair of spaced grooves which open toward the other support arm. The grooves extend in the mating direction. A pair of blade terminals are supported in the pairs of grooves in the pair of support arms in spaced, generally parallel planes.

    • An electrical connector is provided for mounting on a printed circuit board which includes a mounting surface, an opposite mating surface, a locating hole and a terminal-receiving aperture. The connector includes a dielectric housing having a front board-mounting face for mounting against the mounting surface of the printed circuit board. At least one terminal-receiving passage in the housing has a front opening in the front board-mounting face of the housing, with the front opening alignable with the terminal-receiving aperture in the printed circuit board. An alignment boss projects from the front board-mounting face of the housing and is insertable into the locating hole in the printed circuit board. The alignment boss has a guide hole for receiving a guide post from a complementary mating connector at the mating surface of the printed circuit board. A conductive terminal is mounted on the housing and includes a tail portion outside the housing for connection to an appropriate circuit trace on the printed circuit board. The terminal includes a contact portion inside the terminal-receiving passage of the housing for engaging an appropriate terminal of the complementary mating connector.

    • An electrical connector is provided for mounting in an opening in a panel which has an elongated channel having overhanging lips along opposite sides thereof defining a narrowed mouth running longitudinally of the channel. The opening communicates through the channel. A connector housing is insertable into the opening and into the channel in an insertion direction. The housing is rotatable within the opening. At least one locking projection extends outwardly of the housing generally perpendicular to the insertion direction. The locking projection is sized for passing through the narrowed mouth defined by the overhanging lips of the channel and for locking engagement behind one of the lips in response to rotation of the housing within the opening. A latch projection is disposed on the outside of the housing and is latchingly engageable in the narrowed mouth of the channel automatically in response to the rotation of the housing within the opening.
