    • The present invention provides a sunroof apparatus including: a roof panel (3); a driving motor (M); and a shade (31). The roof panel is disposed in a fixed roof (2) of a vehicle, for being moved in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle via sliders (7,8) to be opened and closed. The sliders (7,8) are coupled to driving wires (11). The driving motor (M) is for driving the driving wires (11). The shade (31) is wound around a winding shaft (32), to be drawn from the winding shaft (32), passed through an inclination displacement space, and then guided in shade guide rails (35), for being moved in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and thereby opening and closing an indoor opening. The inclination displacement space is inclined relative to a horizontal plane and formed between the winding shaft (32) and the shade guide rails (35). The driving motor (M) is disposed within the inclination displacement space in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
