摘要： A separable laminated container (A) of the present invention comprises an outer layer (1) made of synthetic resin and having an air suction hole (10) and an inner layer (2) made of synthetic resin and separably laminated on the inside of the outer layer, the inner layer having a portion previously separated from the outer layer just around the air suction hole. The air suction hole can be formed by driving a punch into the outer layer at a neck (4) of the separable laminated container from the outside, and punching just the outer layer leaving the inner layer behind. The portion of the inner layer previously separated from the outer layer may be left in the inwardly extended state. The inner layer is preferably made of synthetic resin having flexural modules of less than 10,000 kg/cm2.

摘要： A molten resin is prevented from entering between a surface of a sheet-shaped insert such as a label including a printed film or the like and a surface of an outer mold unit and the insert is prevented from being downwardly pushed, when a synthetic article in which the insert is bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the thin cylindrical molded body is injection molded by the insertion molding. The insert such as a label is fitted, closely attached and held along an inner peripheral surface of the outer molding unit in a cavity 7 defined between the outer mold unit 11 and the core 6, a molten resin is injected, through plural injection gate openings 9a provided in the core, toward an inner peripheral surface of the molded body at a position inwardly apart from an end of the insert in an axial direction and corresponding to an inner portion as viewed in width directions from opposite sides of the insert, the cavity is filled with the molten resin while the insert is being pushed to the surface of the outer mold unit with the molten resin, and the molten resin is integrated with the insert, thereby molding the label-attached cylindrical article 10.

摘要： A laminated peel container (A) of this invention includes an outside synthetic resin layer (1) having an air inlet (10) and an inside synthetic resin layer (2) so laminated inside the outside layer as to be capable of peeling, and only the portion of the inside layer in the proximity of the air inlet is in advance peeled from the outside layer. The air inlet can be formed by punching a punch from outside the outside layer at a mouth portion (4) of the laminated peel container (A) and cutting only the outside layer in such a manner as to leave the inside layer. The inside layer peeled partially in advance from the outside layer may be left swelling inward. The inside layer is preferably shaped from a synthetic resin having a bending modulus of not greater than 10,000 kg/cm2.

摘要： A device for supplying injection molded blanks for a blow molded container to a blow molding machine is described. An aligning device collects the blanks as they are received, in random orientation, from the injection molding machine, and passes them one by one to the blow molding machine at a rate corresponding to the rate of blow molding. The blanks are passed along a rope conveyor in a neck-up orientation and then inverted to a neck-down position where they are held by a device which inserts and twists the blanks into a blow molding jig which is then conveyed through the heating and blowing zones of a blow molding machine.
