摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and easily adjust crimp height by monitoring the crimp height of a crimp terminal, and controlling a driving means to make the detected value equal to the set value. SOLUTION: When a terminal is caulked, a crimper 14 fitted to a crimper holder 15 fitted at the lower end section of a ram 11 is vertically moved against an anvil 17 directly below by the rotation of a servo motor 4 via reduction gears 5, a disk 7, and a crank rod 9. The height of the crimper 14 when the terminal is crimped is detected by a height sensor 32 and inputted to a driver 34, it is compared with the action and crimp quality judging data of a crimp device stored in a reference data input device 22 in advance, and a drive current is fed to the motor 4. The position of the crimper 14 based on the number of revolutions is fed back to the driver 34 by a rotary encoder 33 provided on the output shaft of the motor 4. Correction by temperature is also made. No manual position adjusting action of the crimper 14 is required.

A delaying means 3 sends out the signals sent out of the cycle setting means 2 to an actuator with delay. In this way, repeated cyclic signals are generated cyclically corresponding to the repeated intervals of the band color display and sent to the actuator. Consequently, the difference between the display position and the nozzle setting position can be corrected by altering the delaying degree. As a result, without alteration of the nozzle setting position, band color display can be carried out.

The claw part 32 into which the bolt 33 is inserted is rotatable using the bolt 33 as a shaft on a mounting edge surface 35A to the bolt 33 of a lever 35 mounted to one end of the bolt 33. Thereby, when the bolt 33 is screwed to and inserted into the screw groove 34. and the claw part 32 is engaged with the head part 16A and then the lever 35 is rotated, the head part 16A is tightly fixed to the bottom surface of the engaging recessed part 13 by being pushed up by the claw part 32.
