SOLUTION: On a cabinet 12, the cylindrical inflow port 13a and the outflow port 13b are protruded to be connected with gas piping, and moreover on the external face of the cabinet 12 the number of protrusions 15 for discrimination of size corresponding to the opening size M1 to M3 of the gas inflow port 13a and the gas outflow port 13b are protruded. Thereby, the number of protrusions 15 protruded out of the cabinet 12 to the outside is detected by using a shape sensor capable of shape measurement, the port sizes of the gas inflow port 13a, and the gas outflow port 13b are discriminated according to the detection result. When the gas flow measurement is stopped by lowering of a voltage in the battery 12, the solenoid cut-off valve 10 is brought thereby into the valve-closed condition, by removing the battery 12. Reverse connection of the battery is also recognized, because the cut-off valve 10 is automatically restored to the valve-opened condition, when the normal attachment of the battery 12 is finished.
