    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing and installation work, to expand usage and to improve wear resistance, water-tightness and chemical resistance by winding a carbon fiber tape having a specific layer thickness around a cable sheath and by covering the outer layer of the carbon fiber tape with a polyacetal resin having a specific layer thickness. SOLUTION: Preferably, the layer thickness of a carbon fiber tape is set to 10 μm and the layer thickness of a polyacetal resin is set to 0.5-1.0 mm. This rat-proofing cable 11 is composed by winding the carbon fiber tape 13 around a cable sheath 12 and by covering the outer layer of the carbon fiber tape 13 with the polyacetal resin 14. Thereby, the Shore D hardness of the outer layer of the cable is set to approximately 50-65 so that the outer layer of the cable becomes relatively hard. The Shore D hardness of the inner layer of the cable is set to approximately 60-70 so that the inner layer of the cable becomes relatively hard and the cable excellent in a rat-proofing property can be provided, and when the inner and outer layers are thus combined, flexibility is also excellent.

In the inclusion 4, the base material of 100 pts. by weight is blended with the filler of 50-200 pts. by weight. In the press-winding tape 5, the base material of 100 pts. by weight is blended with the filler of 50-200 pts. by weight.
