摘要： The present invention discloses formulation of a serum-free medium used for human pluripotent stem cells, which comprises the following raw materials: inorganic salt components, organic components, amino acids and amino acid salts, energy substances and metabolic intermediates, vitamins and antioxidants, proteins and polypeptides, trace elements and chromogenic substances; while the culture process comprises the following steps: selecting a basic formulation, performing combination screening, identifying and evaluating results, and testing a new formulation of culture; and proportioning according to the following methods: adding aforesaid raw materials into 950 ml of water for injection, stirring gently until dissolved, and finally adding 2.438 g of sodium bicarbonate, and stirring gently until dissolved, and then adding 1 liter of water for injection, adjusting the pH to the desired value with 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution or 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, finally filtering sterilized with 0.1 μm diameter filter under positive pressure, and storing the medium solution in dark place at 2° C.-8° C., the invention solves the problem of high cost of domestic import of serum-free formulation.

摘要： A neural cell system following the directed induction of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) differentiation, an induction method and an application, the method comprising culturing hiPSC in various stages to induce the neural differentiation thereof, the stages comprising: stage a. co-culturing the hiPSC and bone marrow stromal cells (HS5) in an induction culture medium; stage b. continuously culturing the hiPSC by using an HS5 conditioned culture medium; stage c. continuously culturing the hiPSC by using a basic culture medium for culturing neuron cells. The method induces human hiPSC cells to be directionally differentiated into neural system cells, while inhibiting the production of non-neural system cells, thereby obtaining a mature, broad-spectrum neural cell population. The neural cell population has been verified in vitro as mature neurons which release electrical impulses, and has also has been confirmed in mice in vivo to be an effective treatment for nervous system diseases (such as stroke and brain damage).

摘要： The invention provides solutions of discovering/identifying a small cell in a heterogenous communication network. In one solution, a macro base station determines whether a user equipment UE has approached to one or more small cells based upon location range information of respective small cells in a macro cell and estimated location information of an UE and if so, then the macro base station transmits a dedicated signaling to the UE, and the UE triggers a search based upon the dedicated signaling to search for the one or more small cells periodically. In another solution the UE determines whether the UE has approached to one or more small cells based upon received location range information, broadcast from a macro base station, of alert zones of respective small cells and estimated location information of the UE, and if so, then the UE triggers a search for the one or more small cells periodically. In another solution, the macro base station only transmits a dedicated signaling to the UE, including one ore more infrequently visited small cells.

摘要： Techniques are disclosed for detecting foreground objects in a scene captured by a surveillance system and tracking the detected foreground objects from frame to frame in real time. A motion flow field is used to validate foreground object(s) that are extracted from the background model of a scene. Spurious foreground objects are filtered before the detected foreground objects are provided to the tracking stage. The motion flow field is also used by the tracking stage to improve the performance of the tracking as needed for real time surveillance applications.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for controlling interference between a microcell and a macrocell in a home base station within the microcell are provided in the present invention. In particular, in the case that the existence: of at least one victim macro user equipment is detected, the home base station according to the present invention controls its transmit power within an interval determined by an upper limit and a lower limit, such that it can be guaranteed that the performance requirement of a communication with the home user equipment is satisfied while lac interference toward the victim macro user equipment is reduced. Additionally, the home base station according to the present invention detects whether there is at least one indoor victim macro user equipment, and conducts corresponding interference control according to the detection result.
