摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably coat with oil for a long period by scarcely damaging an oil coating applicator by simply and instantaneously performing fire extinguishing to coat a mold of a molding machine with oil. SOLUTION: This apparatus repeatedly coat a surface 11a of a mold 11 of a molding machine with oil by slidably rubbing the surface 11a by an oil coating applicator 31 manually or an automatic machine. Further, the applicator 31 is inserted into a cylinder 201, set to an oxygen supply limiting state for a predetermined interval so that even it is ignited when the mold 11 is coated with oil by the applicator 31, it can be extinguished.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and rapidly execute digital teaching of data setting on site by applying the discrete mold data affecting the position control of oil applying operation to a control means and changing the partial data relating to the movement and the moving loci of an oil applicator within master data in accordance with a difference in the mold data. SOLUTION: A control panel 51 digitally controls the operation of an oil applying robot 33 by receiving the control data from an FC computer 53 and an interface panel 52. This control panel 51 changes the partial data to be changed in correspondence to the difference in the mold data in the master data from the correlative relation between the necessary movement corresponding to the mold data to affect the position control of the oil applying movement, such as the kind of the metal molds to be used and the number of mold faces, etc., and the moving loci of the oil applicator by the mold data described above. The changed data is used in place of the corresponding partial data in the master data in combination with the previously taught master data.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease defective products due to the oling of an oiled forming die by stopping the cooling of the die correspondingly to the switching to an oiling preparation cycle to suppress the cooling of the die in the oiling preparation cycle and further stopping the cooling for a set time after being switched to a production cycle. The control panel 50 mainly controls the shaping cycle and oiling preparation cycle of the machine A.

In this case, the oil application signal is inputted in an AND condition with baffle-on or funnel-on to switch to the oil application preparing cycle and after that, the oil applying operation is performed at a next revert-on timing.
