[Means for solving the Problems] A blowout includes: a stretchable body 2 having a tube shape and changeable in shape; a wire body 3 having elasticity and arranged along the longitudinal directions of the stretchable body 2; a pipe body 4 having a cylinder shape, one end part 41 of the pipe body 4 being connected to one end part 23 of the stretchable body 2; and a mouthpiece body 5 having a cylinder shape and connected to the other end part 42 of the pipe body 4, the mouthpiece body 5 being held by a user in the mouth such that air is blown by the user, in which the stretchable body 2 is stretched by blowing air from the mouthpiece body 5 while the stretchable body 2 is curled into a spiral by the elastic force of the wire body 3 when air is not blown from the mouthpiece body 5. In the blowout, the one end part 23 of the stretchable body 2 and the one end part 41 of the pipe body 4 are connected by a tightening band 7 so that the stretchable body 2 can be attached to and detached from the pipe body 4.

    • PURPOSE:To collect blood clot from which a serum separating agent is perfectly removed by covering a test tube having the serum separating agent already subjected to the separation of serum using a centrifugal method received therein with a serum collecting container and centrifugalizing the same in such a state that the container is turned downwardly. CONSTITUTION:A blood clot collecting container 2 is a tubular one closed at its one end having thickness enough to simply make a test tube ready to obtain blood clot 4 detachable. The opening part of the test tube ready to obtain blood clot 4 is covered with a blood clot collecting container 2 and the test tube is set to a centrifuge in such a state that the opening part of the blood clot collecting container 2 is turned downwardly to be subjected to centrifugation. When the centrifugation is performed by this method, since a separating agent 3 is lighter than the blood clot 4 in specific gravity, the separating agent 3 is above the blood clot 4 before the start of centrifugation but the blood clot 4 is positioned above the separating agent 3 after centrifugation. That is, the position of the blood clot part and that of the separating agent are reversed. When the covered blood clot collecting container 2 is detached, the separating agent remains in the original test tube having the separating agent received therein and the blood clot 4 enters the blood clot collecting container 2. By this method, the blood clot from which the separating agent is perfectly removed can be collected.
