摘要： A method and a device for determining uplink control channel resources are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention. With the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the uplink control resources, such as the ACK/NACK and the like, can be configured semi-statically. The method is applicable for both the FDD system and the TDD system. The overhead of the uplink feedback channel in the Long Term Evolution (LTE) carrier aggregation system is reduced. Therefore the system performance of the LTE multi-carrier advanced system is improved, and the system is compatible with the LTE Release 8 system well.

By way of using the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, the periodic CQI/PMI/RI feedback bits and ACK/NACK feedback information can be simultaneously transmitted in the same uplink sub-frame using PUCCH format 3 in an LTE-A system, thus avoiding the situation that the transmission of the periodic CQI/PMI/RI information needs to be abandoned when the ACK/NACK feedback information and the periodic CQI/PMI/RI information are transmitted simultaneously in the same uplink sub-frame, improving the feedback efficiency of the uplink control information.
