    • An exemplary electronic device includes a housing, a left rail and a right rail assembled in the housing, and a holder assembled on the left and right rails and received in the housing. The holder can slide out from the housing for securing a functional module thereon. The holder includes a bottom plate glidingly assembled on the left and right rails, and front and rear plates both pivotally secured on the bottom plate. The front and rear plates are both elastically biased to rotate about the bottom plate. When the holder is at least partially received in the housing, the front and rear plates are in original closed positions. When the holder is almost totally slid out from the housing, the front and rear plates rotate about the bottom plate to be in open positions for providing resilience to secure the functional module.

    • An exemplary embodiment of a fan module includes fan units, and each fan unit includes a box-shaped shell, a guiding plate, and a torsion spring. The box-shaped shell includes a bottom plate and two opposite side walls substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate, and each side wall has a vent defined therein. The guiding plate is rotatable relative to the bottom plate of the shell. The torsion spring includes a first torsion arm, a second torsion arm, and a coil portion. The first torsion arm and the second torsion arm are urged against the bottom plate and the guiding plate respectively by torque force applied from the coil portion. Thereby, the guiding plate is driven to a position adjacent and generally parallel to one of the side walls to obstruct the corresponding vent by the second torsion arm.

    • A locking mechanism is used to lock a connector to an information handling device. The locking mechanism includes a supporting bracket, a locking member, and an attachment member sleeved on a cable extending from the connector and slidably coupled to the supporting bracket. The supporting bracket is cantilevered from the information handling device. The locking member is rotatably mounted to the supporting bracket, adjacent to a distal end of the supporting bracket. The locking member engages with the attachment member by rotating the locking member in a first direction, thereby locking the connector to the information handling device. The locking member disengages from the holding member by rotating the locking member in a second direction opposite to the first direction, thereby the attachment member is capable of moving away from the information handling device to release the connector from the information handling device.
