    • A directional hearing aid (100) comprising at least two microphones (201, 202) has means (200) for matching differences in amplitude and phase between the two microphones (201, 202). The microphone matching means (200) compare differences between measured transfer functions of the microphone signal paths at a number of frequencies during use of the hearing aid (100), compares the differences to differences at similar frequencies in a model of the transfer functions of the microphone signal paths, derives a set of parameters based on the comparison, and adjusts the parameters in order to minimize the difference in level differences between the model and the microphones (201, 202). The model is then used to match the microphones (201, 202) mutually by applying appropriate control parameters (103, 104, 105, 106) to an adaptive matching filter (108) carrying one of the microphone signals.

    • A hearing aid comprising a power supply (8), at least one microphone (11) and a base part (1) to be arranged outside the ear canal of a hearing aid user where the base part comprises signal processing means (23). The hearing aid also comprise an ear plug part (2) to be arranged in the ear canal of a hearing aid user, the ear plug part comprises a receiver (10) for transmitting sound into the ear canal, and the ear plug part comprises a transducer (11) generating a signal to be transferred to said base part (1). The hearing aid further comprises a databus (15) connecting said ear plug part (2) with the base part (1). The databus (15) comprises two electrical wires (16, 17) adapted for transmission of signal to the receiver (10), and for transmission of signal from the transducer (11) to the base part (1) and the databus (15) being adapted for providing power supply either from the base part to the ear plug part, or, from the ear plug part to the base part, through said two electrical wires (16, 17). At least three different states of the databus are applied in different time slots, where a first state is for transfer of power, a second state is for transmission of signal from the base part to the ear plug part, and a third state is for transmission of signal from the ear plug part to the base part.
