摘要： A method of producing a sintered, very high density dental prosthesis from a suspension containing noble-metal powder mixtures with bi or multimodal particle-size distribution and a mixing liquid. The suspension is molded to the desired shape and then the dental prosthesis is dried. The molded dental prosthesis is then heat-treated 5 to 45 minutes between 100.degree. and 400.degree. C., then heated with an average temperature elevation of 50 to 300 K/min. to 800.degree. C. and then brought to the sintering temperature T at 20 to 200 K/min. The sintering temperature T is between T.sub.solidus - 200) and T.sub.solidus - 70), whereby T.sub.solidus is the solidus temperature of the sintered alloy. The cooling-down of the dental prosthesis takes place under a vacuum or a protective gas.

The top surface may include a porous surface of pore dimensions of less than about 10 μm or a coating, such as a 0.5 μm thickness of titanium nitride. The roughened surfaces promote healing in and tissue growth at the top, enhancing the sealing effect at the epithelium interface with the implant.

Said method comprises the preparation of a polysilane, obtained by the disproportionation of a methylchlorodisilane or a mixture of methylchlorodisilanes of formula Si2MenC16-n with a Lewis base as the catalyst, a subsequent thermal cross-linking of the polysilane to form an infusible polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer that is soluble in inert solvents, in addition to the production of said solution by the dissolution of the polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer in an inert solvent. The invention also relates to a method for producing oxygen-depleted ceramic fibers and other molded bodies with a composition similar to that of SiC. Said method comprises the spinning of the solution to obtain green fibers according to the dry spinning method and the pyrolysis of the dried green fibers in an inert gas atmosphere or a reductive atmosphere.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for the production of an angle for connecting a fuselage cell skin to an annular former and/or a stringer inside a fuselage cell structure of an aircraft, the angle taking place by the one-step deformation of an initially planar blank along at least three fold lines in a uniaxial compression molding device. A mounting frame with hinges is arranged in the compression molding device, the blank to be deformed being accommodated along the edges preferably by means of a plurality of peripherally arranged springs. A deformation of the blank into an auto-stabilized angle is possible in one step while simultaneously ensuring interlaminar slide. Due to the constructively conditioned auto-stabilization of the angle, additional components which increase the weight and the assembly effort (so-called “stabilos”) in the connection region between fuselage cell skin, stringers and annular formers inside a fuselage structure of an aircraft are unnecessary.
