    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an engaging failure between driving cables and an output shaft to smooth the motion of the cables while preventing the occurrence of noise by eliminating the rattling of the output shaft while minimizing an increase in the number of parts to reduce cost. SOLUTION: The output shaft 12 to which the turning force of a motor is transmitted is rotatably supported in a state of being held in a case 15. One end side of the output shaft 12 is projected from the case 15, and the one end side is provided with a pinion gear 13. The outer peripheral surfaces of the cables 2, 3 are provided with teeth to be meshed with the pinion gear 13. A guide member 40 for guiding the cables 2, 3 to be engaged with the pinion gear 13 is mounted to the case 15. The guide member 40 is provided with an energizing plate part 40a brought into pressure contact with the side face of the pinion gear 13.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to form a cable groove in a sunshade-moving groove of a guide rail, by holding a free end of each driving cable on top of the guide rail in a longitudinally-movable manner without extending in the guide rail, and transmitting backward movement of the free end to a sunshade through a coupling member. SOLUTION: From the state in which a panel 4 closes an outer opening, a slider 25 is moved forward through a driving cable 27. Then, a front shaft 33 of the slider 25 is shifted to an upward-tilting portion, whereby the rear end of the panel 4 is tilted upward. As a result, a ventilating state is achieved in which the air inside the vehicle can be discharged. At this time, a free end 27A of the driving cable 27 that has pulled the slider 25 forward is moved backward. Thus, a backward driving force is transmitted through an interlocking member 58 (a moving piece 59 and an engaged piece 60) to a sunshade 30. As a result, the sunshade 30 is moved backward in response to the upward tilting of the panel 4.
