    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient air-conditioner to make air-conditioning with vehicle stopping.
      SOLUTION: The air-conditioner to make air-conditioning when a vehicle is stopping is equipped with a heat pump circuit 2, which is furnished with a first heat-exchanger 3 for absorbing the ambient heat, a second heat-exchanger 4 for exhausting the heat into a cabin, and a compressor 5 able to be driven electrically or mechanically, wherein the compressor is installed between the first heat-exchanger 3 and the second heat-exchanger 4 in the direction of the flow in the heat pump circuit 2. Further the air-conditioner is equipped with an additional device 6 for generating an output electrical or mechanical, at least part of the output being used to drive the compressor 5, and a third heat-exchanger 8 is provided for transmitting the exhaust heat of the additional device 6 to the heat pump circuit 2.
