摘要： An apparatus for inserting packaged material into packaging means is described. In the region of an insertion device and a preinsertion device, a packaged-material conveyor device and a packaging-means conveyor device are provided. The insertion device has at least one insertion tappet, and the preinsertion device has a covering tongue corresponding to the insertion tappet. The insertion tappets and covering tongue can be guided essentially transversely to a direction of motion of the conveyor devices, which motions can each be generated by means of a respective servomotor drive mechanism, coupled to the insertion tappet and to the covering tongue. The insertion device and the preinsertion device are adjustable in oscillating fashion parallel to the direction of motion of the conveyor devices via a further servomotor drive mechanism coupled to them, and the drive mechanisms are triggerable separately via a drive control mechanism.

By the engagement of the suction cups with a trailing side wall of the folding box blank, which wall stands vertically with reference to the feeding direction, and because of the disposition of the erecting shunt, a high output can be attained with the conveyor system driven incrementally, and folding box blanks can be processed whose front lower edge, in terms of the feeding direction, is located frontmost in the folding box magazine.

摘要： An apparatus for taking folded flat blanks out of a magazine and transferring them to a conveyor apparatus of a box-making machine is disposed between the vertically oriented magazine and the conveyor apparatus extending horizontally beneath it at some distance therefrom. The apparatus has three suction cups offset by 120.degree., on a star-shaped rotor which travel over a self-contained cycloid path (C) having four reversal points (F, G, H, I) and concave arcs between them. This cycloid path is generated by a revolving crank that rotatably supports the rotor with an eccentricity (E) and by a planetary gear associated with the crank, the sun gear of which is disposed coaxially with the axis of rotation of the crank, and the planet gear of which is firmly connected coaxially to the rotor; an intermediate gear is incorporated between the sun gear and the planet gear. The gear ratio of the planetary gear is 4:3 between the sun gear and the planet gear, and the spacing (D) of the suction cups from the shaft of the rotor is approximately three times the eccentricity of the crank. For erecting the foldable blank during the transfer, pressing fingers are associated with the suction cups and are pivoted by a control disk supported on the shaft of the rotor.

摘要： An apparatus for taking flat erectable blanks out of a magazine and transferring them to a conveyor apparatus has a rotor, on the circumference of which suction cups are distributed, offset uniformly. For acting upon the articles, for instance pressing on a foldable box or rotating it about a transverse axis, a cam disk is rotatable supported on the shaft of the rotor and is hindered from rotating with the rotor by being coupled to a rocker arm supported in stationary fashion. A lever guided by a roller in the cam race acts upon a pivotable pressing prong or upon the rotatably supported suction cup.

Open folding boxes are conveyed on the first conveying device to a bag filling station and the bag packages are conveyed in the region of the filling section in alignment with the folding boxes by the second conveying device. For pushing the bag packages into the folding boxes, a pusher rod in combination with a pivotably arranged lever having a covering tongue are used. Guiding the lever by a contact-pressure element and guide member achieves low loading on the bag packages which permits a simple construction of the apparatus.
