摘要： An exhaust valve apparatus and a drier of a food treatment system having the exhaust valve apparatus are disclosed. The drier includes a drum having an input port and a discharge port. A stirring screw is rotatably disposed in inner space of the drum, and includes rotary blades for stirring and crushing food waste put into the drum and a rotating shaft for supporting the rotary blades. A power supply unit is provided on a surface of the drum and provides power to the stirring screw to rotate the stirring screw. A heater is provided on the outer surface of a drum body and provides high temperature heat to the inner space of the drum when electric power is applied to the heater, thus drying the food waste. An exhaust apparatus is mounted to the lower surface of the discharge port and controls the discharge port.

摘要： A fan module assembly, including a fan module having a housing, a fan cover mounted to the housing, a fan installed in the housing, and a motor assembly coupled to the fan cover; and a fixed magnetic body cooperating with the motor assembly, wherein the motor assembly has a rotary magnetic body cooperating with the fixed magnetic body, a motor cover mounted to the rotary magnetic body, and a rotating shaft passing through the motor cover and coupled to the rotary magnetic body and to the fan, and the fan cover is sealed from the motor cover. The fan cover and the motor cover are sealed while the rotating shaft is not sealed, so that even when the rotating shaft rotates at a high speed with a low torque, the fan module assembly can be operated without allowing exhaust gas to leak and the rotating shaft maintains rotational performance.

摘要： A food waste disposer includes: a drying furnace; an intake and exhaust module communicating with the drying furnace; a flow path switching module switching the direction of flow of exhaust gas introduced from the drying furnace; a heat exchanger connected to the flow path switching module; a buffer tank communicating with the flow path switching module; an opening/closing sensor sensing whether a door arranged over the intake and exhaust module is opened or closed; and a controller electrically connected to the flow path switching module and the opening/closing sensor. The controller operates the flow path switching module according to a measured value from the opening/closing sensor so as to pass the exhaust gas to the heat exchange or the buffer tank. In accordance with the present invention, the plurality of outlets inside the flow path switching module are selectively opened or closed on the basis of a measured value of an opening/closing sensor mounted on a door or a pressure sensor mounted in the flow path switching module. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a pressure increase inside the flow path switching module.

摘要： Provided are a heat exchanger, a food handler including the heat exchanger, and a manufacturing method of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a main body wherein the plurality of flow channels passes through the inside of the heat exchanger in a first direction and a pair of cover members which is fastened to both ends of the main body in the first direction. The plurality of flow channels is composed of a first flow channel which functions as the path for a first flowing fluid which goes in and out through the cover members and a second flow channel which is connected to the side of the main body.
