摘要： Provided are a heat exchanger, a food handler including the heat exchanger, and a manufacturing method of the heat exchanger. Disclosed is the heat exchanger wherein a plurality of flow channels is formed in the inside and thermal transfer is performed between multiple flowing fluids having different temperatures. The heat exchanger comprises a main body wherein the plurality of flow channels passes through the inside of the heat exchanger in a first direction and a pair of cover members which is fastened to both ends of the main body in the first direction. The plurality of flow channels is composed of a first flow channel which functions as the path of a first flowing fluid which goes in and out through the cover members and a second flow channel which is connected to the side of the main body. Thermal exchange is performed between the first flowing fluid and the second flowing fluid in the direction wherein the first and second flowing fluids cross to each other in the inside of the main body.

摘要： A food waste disposer includes: a drying furnace; an intake and exhaust module communicating with the drying furnace; a flow path switching module switching the direction of flow of exhaust gas introduced from the drying furnace; a heat exchanger connected to the flow path switching module; a buffer tank communicating with the flow path switching module; an opening/closing sensor sensing whether a door arranged over the intake and exhaust module is opened or closed; and a controller electrically connected to the flow path switching module and the opening/closing sensor. The controller operates the flow path switching module according to a measured value from the opening/closing sensor so as to pass the exhaust gas to the heat exchange or the buffer tank. In accordance with the present invention, the plurality of outlets inside the flow path switching module are selectively opened or closed on the basis of a measured value of an opening/closing sensor mounted on a door or a pressure sensor mounted in the flow path switching module. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a pressure increase inside the flow path switching module.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food waste deodorization module in which a heat exchanger having stacked structure recovers waste heat from exhaust gas produced from food waste in a drying furnace and makes cooled condensate water pass through an electrolytic cell so that offensive odors can be effectively removed from the condensate water by using bipolar packed bed electrolysis and to provide a food waste treatment apparatus having the food waste deodorization module. SOLUTION: The food waste deodorization module 170 includes the heat exchanger 140 and the electrolytic cell 160. In the heat exchanger 140, heat is transferred from the exhaust gas discharged from the drying furnace 120 to cooling air drawn into the heat exchanger from the outside of the drying furnace 120. The electrolytic cell 160 electrolyzes the condensate water formed by a heat exchange process of the heat exchanger 140 by using the bipolar packed bed electrolysis to remove the offensive odors from the condensate water. The heat exchanger 140 has a plurality of flow channels therein so that the exhaust gas discharged from the drying furnace 120 and the cooling air drawn from the outside flow along the flow channels in directions crossing each other.
