摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition reaction-curing type organosiloxane composition providing a silicone gel hardly causing bleeding of a liquid silicone polymer and having excellent adhesion to a base material and stress relaxation characteristics, and to provide a cured product thereof.
SOLUTION: The addition reaction-curing type organosiloxane composition comprises a specific alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane, a specified diorganohydrogensiloxy-terminated organopolysiloxane as a chain extender, a specific organohydrogenpolysiloxane as a crosslinking agent and a hydrosilylation catalyst. The ratio of the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to the silicon atoms present in the chain extender to the total number of the hydrogen atoms bonded to the silicon atoms present in the crosslinking agent and the chain extender, and the ratio of the number of the alkenyl groups bonded to the silicon atoms present in the alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane to the number of the hydrogen atoms bonded to the silicon atoms present in the chain extender are specified.

SOLUTION: This silicone rubber composition is characterized by comprising a specific alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane, a specified diorgano hydrogen siloxy-terminated organopolysiloxane as a chain extender, a specific organo hydrogen polysiloxne as a cross-linking agent, and a hydroxysilylation catalyst, wherein the ratio of the number of hydrogen atoms bound to silicon atoms in the chain extender to the sum of the number of hydrogen atoms bound to silicon atoms in the chain extender and the number of hydrogen atoms bound to silicon atoms in the cross-linking agent is a specific value, and the ratio of the number of the hydrogen atoms bound to the silicon atoms in the chain extender to the number of alkenyl groups bound to silicon atoms in the alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane is also a specific value. SOLUTION: A material to be obtained has a viscosity of preferably 1,000-2,000,000 mPa.S. A hollow plastic material preferably comprises, for example, a polyvinyl chloride, a polymethyl methacrlylate, a vinylidene chloride/acryl nitrile copolymer, etc., and has a density of 10-80 kg/m and a particle size of about 5-200 μm. An addition-crosslinkable organosilane compound is preferably a mixture of a polyorganosiloxane having at least 2 alkenyl groups in one molecule and a polyorganosiloxane having 2 Si-H end groups. An organic sulfur compound includes, for example, a thiol, a thioacetal, a sulfan, a thioamide, a thiuram, etc.
