摘要： PURPOSE:To enable stable record reproduction by specifying the thickness of the first and second magnetic layers and providing an intermediate layer of effectively reproducible thickness between the first and second magnetic layers. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate layer 4 of required thickness constituted of either one or both of a nonmagnetic layer and a weak magnetic layer is provided on the upper face of the first magnetic layer 3. The plasma polymn. is thus effected on a magnetic storage medium 5 installed on the electrode 6.

The resulting adhesive is put between glass and irradiated with active rays of light to set the adhesive layer.
