摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the fluctuations of amplification degree in an excitation voltage and to perform accurate and sure measurement by obtaining an alternating timing in a next circulation cycle from the compared result of the measured value of a rectifying voltage value and a theoretical value by calculation. CONSTITUTION: For a voltage value Ub+, an amplification degree is fixed even through the AC waves of an extremely high frequency based on the switching action of a diode are inserted. As a result, deviation during regulation is reduced, and accurate and sure regulation is performed.
