摘要： An improved processing for the production of light olefins via oxygenate conversion processing is provided. Synthesis gas conversion (22) such as to produce an effluent (24) including at least methanol can be integrated with oxygenate conversion processing (40) such as to produce an oxygenate conversion reactor effluent (42) including at least light olefins and dimethyl ether. At least a portion of the oxygenate conversion reactor effluent (42) can be contacted with such produced methanol (35) to effect recovery of dimethyl ether from the oxygenate conversion reactor effluent (42).

摘要： A method of converting methanol feedstock to olefins includes contacting the feedstock to produce a first effluent comprising DME, unreacted methanol and water; cooling the effluent to separate DME as a first vapor and form a first stream comprising water, unreacted methanol, soluble DME and oxygenates; contacting the first vapor to produce a second effluent comprising olefins, unreacted DME, water and oxygenates; cooling the second effluent to separate the olefins and the unreacted DME as a second vapor and form a second aqueous stream comprising water, soluble DME and oxygenates; compressing the unreacted DME and the olefins; separating DME from the olefins to produce DME free olefins product and a third aqueous stream comprising the absorbing liquid, absorbed DME, soluble oxygenates and hydrocarbons; stripping the methanol, DME, soluble oxygenates and hydrocarbons as vapor and a fourth aqueous stream comprising clean water; and recycling at least a portion of the vapor.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the production of light weight olefins comprising olefins having from 2 to 3 carbon atoms per molecule from an oxygenate feedstock. The process comprises passing the oxygenate feedstock to an oxygenate conversion zone containing a metal aluminophosphate catalyst to produce a light weight olefin stream. A propylene stream and/or mixed butylene is fractionated from said light weight olefin stream and a medium weight C 4 to C 7 stream is cracked in a separate olefin cracking reactor to enhance the yield of ethylene and propylene products.

摘要： The present invention comprises a process for producing propylene comprising the steps of contacting an olefin feed containing between 40 and 80 wt-% olefins and between 20 and 60 wt-% olefins and aromatics with a spherical catalyst to form a craked product, the catalyst comprising 30 to 80 wt-% of a crystalline zeolite, the reaction conditions including a temperature from 500° to 650 °C, a hydrocarbon partial pressure of 70 to 280 kPa, a liquid hourly space velocity of between 5 and 40 hr -1 and wherein propylene comprises at least 90 mol- % of the total C 3 products.

摘要： The average propylene cycle selectivity of an oxygenate to propylene (OTP) process using a dual-function oxygenate conversion catalyst is substantially enhanced by the use of a combination of: 1) moving bed reactor technology in the hydrocarbon synthesis portion of the OTP flow scheme in lieu of the fixed bed technology of the prior art; 2) a hydrothermally stabilized and dual-functional catalyst system comprising a molecular sieve having dual-function capability dispersed in a phosphorus-modified alumina matrix containing labile phosphorus and/or aluminum anions; and 3) a catalyst on-stream cycle time of 400 hours or less. These provisions stabilize the catalyst against hydrothermal deactivation and hold the build-up of coke deposits on the catalyst to a level which does not substantially degrade dual-function catalyst activity, oxygenate conversion and propylene selectivity, thereby enabling maintenance of average propylene cycle yield near or at essentially start-of-cycle levels.

摘要： A process is present for increasing the yields of 1,3 butadiene. The process includes recovering 1,3 butadiene from a cracking unit that generates a crude C4 stream. The 1,3 butadiene is separated and the remaining C4 process stream components are further reacted and dehydrogenated to generate 1,3 butadiene in a subsequent process stream. The subsequent process stream is recycled to recover the additional 1,3 butadiene.
