摘要： A cornice or crown molding finishing accessory (10) allows creation of a smooth, continuous and aesthetic finish to the joint between first and second moldin g segments. These molding segments may be oriented to form inside or outside corners. Preferre d examples of the finishing accessory are adapted for use with outside and inside 90 degree corners. The molding finishing accessory provides first and second facade-creating flanges (20), (40) which have a cross-sectional shape including a molding-conforming curve designed to match the cross- sectional decorative surface of the molding segments. The flanges meet at a vertex (60), from which an anchor element extends. In use, the anchor element (80) is inserted into a gap defined between the first and second molding segments, thereby holding the finishing accessory in place. A thin layer of drywall "mud" is brushed over flanges of the finishing accessory and adjacent areas of the molding segments, thereby smoothing over any lines of transitio n between the finishing accessory and the molding segments. The resulting appearance is th at of a perfect transition between the first and second molding segments, and complete maski ng of the gap between these segments.

摘要： The invention concerns an electronic processor for use in processing cash transactions comprising an electronic processor and a database. The processor has: 1) an interface for receiving a request from a member using the system for generating a coded number representing a desired cash value to be purchased at a remote terminal, for receiving a request that a number previously allocated may be redeemed, for transmitting to the remote terminal a generated number and for transmitting a message to a terminal indicating that a received request for redemption is valid; 2) a validation section for determining whether or not received requests are valid; 3) a number generation section for generating a coded number in response to a valid request; and 4) a storage section for storing each number generated in response to a valid request in a first table of the database and for storing the total value of cash represented by issued coded numbers which have not been redeemed in a Fund table and for transferring a coded number the redemption of which has been validated to a second table and decrementing the total value in the Fund table by the value represented by each coded number for which a validated redemption request is received so that every coded number issued can never cause more than one increase in the value represented in the fund table and every coded number redeemed can cause only one decrease in the stored value.

The fibres and particles are preferably ceramic and may be formed from alumina or zirconia. The seal may be formed by dipping the fibre matrix into a slurry of the particles in an alcohol, drying the seal and precompressing prior to installation in the fuel cell stack.
