摘要： A method and system for registering for a course of an educational institution with a telecommunication device (104) via a mobile registration system (10) being executed on a server (102) is disclosed. The server (102) sends registration notifications (116) to the telecommunication devices (104) of a student eligible to participate the mobile registration system (10). A student operates their telecommunication device (104) to send a registration request (116) to the server (102) to receive registration data (126). The mobile registration system (10) then retrieves the requested registration data (126), and based on an infinite number of business rules, performs a smart interpretation convenient when accessing the information via a mobile telecommunications device.
