摘要： A rotary disc structure special for a drop-by-drop centrifugal atomization method, comprising: a base body, the base body being a main body structure of which the longitudinal section formed by a receiving part (1) at the upper part and a support part (2) at the lower part is similar to a "T shape", and the upper surface of the receiving part (1) being provided with a circular groove having a specific radius and coaxial with the center of the receiving part (1); an atomization plane (3) of a disc structure, the disc matching the circular groove and being in interference fit with the circular groove, and the atomization plane (3) being made of a material having a wetting angle with an atomization melt of less than 90°; a vent hole (4) provided in the receiving part (1) and the support part (2) in a through manner, the upper end surface of the vent hole (4) contacting the lower end surface of the atomization plane (3), and the lower end of the vent hole (4) being communicated with the outside. 摘要： A droplet-by-droplet (14) centrifugal atomization manner-based device and method for efficiently preparing low-melting-point spherical metal powders (10). Said device comprises a housing (12), and a crucible (4) and a powder collection area which are provided in the housing (12); a rotary disc (8) is of an embedded structure, a main body thereof being made of a material with poor thermal conductivity, an atomization flat surface (23) is made of a metal material with a wetting angle thereof with the droplet (14) being less than 90°; a vent hole (24) is provided along the axis of the rotary disc (8) to improve the stability of the disc during rotation; and an induction heating coil (13) is provided outside the rotary disc (8). 摘要： A device and method for preparing an ultrafine spherical metal powder by using a drop-by-drop centrifugal atomization method. The device comprises a housing (20), a crucible (2) provided in the housing (20), and a powder collection area. A turntable (8) provided in the powder collection area is an inlaid structure. A material with poor thermal conductivity is selected as a base portion of the turntable (8). A metal material that has a wetting angle of less than 90° with a droplet is selected and inlaid into a main portion as the atomizing plane of the turntable (8). A ventilation hole (24) is provided in the turntable (8). The method for preparing an ultrafine spherical metal powder by means of the drop-by-drop centrifugal atomization method mainly combines the two methods of a uniform droplet ejection method and a centrifugal atomization method, and surmounts a traditional metal splitting mode such that molten metal exhibits fibrous splitting, so that an ultrafine spherical metal powder that has a narrow particle size distribution range, high sphericity, good fluidity, excellent spreadability, a uniform and controllable size, and no satellite droplets may be efficiently prepared, and is suitable for industrial production.

摘要： Optical pick-up units and laser drivers are disclosed, which can be used in various types of information recording/reproducing apparatuses, such as, but not limited to, DVD and CD drives, DVD camcorders, and DVD video recorders. A laser driver integrated circuit (LDIC) includes an automatic power controller, a running optical power controller, and a write strategy generator. The LDIC can be part of a chip-set, to be located on an optical pick-up unit (OPU). The chip-set can also include a power monitor integrated circuit (PMIC) to monitor the laser diode, and a photo-detector integrated circuit (PDIC) to detect light produced by the laser diode. The PMIC and the PDIC each include their own offset, gain and sample-and-hold circuitry.
