摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a herbicidal composition highly concentrated, water soluble, chemically stable, acting rapidly, having a road spectrum vegetation control, by using glyphosate or its derivatives and sulfuric acid, in a specific molar ratio, as the active components. CONSTITUTION: This herbicidal composition contains the reaction products of glyphosate, i.e., N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine and sulfuric acid carried out in the molar ratio of 1:2 at 70 deg.C, as the active component. The glyphosate is preferably contained at least 10 wt.% in the composition. Especially, at least 20 wt.%., more preferably, at least 5 wt.% of the combination of glyphosate and sulfuric acid is contained in the composition. This composition is inexpensively producible, and manifests a broad spectrum vegetation control. The compositions easily producible manifesting no corrosion behavior, beneficial in shipment, strong, and use. The composition is especially effective to broad- leaved plants.
