SOLUTION: The access port is a surgical access device used during a surgical treatment. The surgical access device includes a housing 1002; an access member 1000 extending distally from the housing 1002 and being dimensioned for positioning within tissue, and defining a longitudinal axis; and a seal assembly 100 disposed within the housing 1002. The seal assembly 100 includes first and second seal components respectively having first and second seal members. Each of the first and second seal members defines a passage for passage of a surgical object in substantial sealed relation therewith. The first and second seal components are capable of relative rotation about the longitudinal axis between a first position and a second position.
