摘要： The present invention provides a medical adhesive composition containing a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of a monomer mixture containing an acrylic acid alkyl ester having C4-C12 alkyl group, a (meth)acrylic acid, and a methacrylic acid alkyl ester having C1-C4 alkyl group, which mixture is free of a multifunctional monomer having two or more unsaturated double bonds in a molecule, wherein the copolymer has a gel-sol ratio of 35:65 to 55:45 and a weight average molecular weight of the sol portion of 300,000 to 500,000, or a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of the above-mentioned monomer mixture and having a gel fraction of 35 to 55% and a swelling ratio of a gel portion of 50 to 90 times. The medical adhesive of the present invention is superior in the balance between adhesiveness and cohesiveness and can be preferably used for various medical adhesive tapes or sheets.

摘要： To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is free of swelling or deformation of a substrate due to migration of a liquid component from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and has acceptable processability, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes a carrier film; an elastomer film provided on one surface of the carrier film; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the elastomer film, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a composition that contains an acrylic polymer as a main component and a compatible component being compatible with the acrylic polymer and liquid or paste-like at room temperature, and in which the carrier film has a heat shrinkage of 3.0% or more and 4.5% or less in the longitudinal direction and 1.2% or more and 4.2% or less in the transverse direction.

摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion in which an adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the backing film does not lower greatly even with the lapse of long term and the initial adhesive force is substantially maintained, and a first-aid adhesive plaster using the same are disclosed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion comprises a backing film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for skin adhesion formed on one side of the backing film, wherein the backing film comprises about 40 to about 70 parts by weight of a polyester plasticizer having a number average molecular weight of about 1,500 to about 3,000, an appropriate amount of a stabilizer comprising at least one metallic soap selected from the group consisting of fatty acid calcium, fatty acid zinc and fatty acid barium, and about 0.1 to about 1.0 part by weight of hydrotalcite per 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride polymer.

摘要： A medical adhesive dressing comprising a polyolefin-based backing film having a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface thereof and a print layer on the other surface thereof, the adhesive dressing having surface properties that cause no wrinkle upon winding and unwinding thereof. For example, the surface of the polyolefin-based film preferably has a surface roughness (10-point average roughness) of 2 to 12 &mgr;m on the side where a print layer is to be formed. The olefin-based film is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film or a three-layer film comprising an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer layer/A-B-A type block copolymer layer/ethylene methyl methacrylate copolymer layer. It is used for application to skin as a first-aid adhesive tape, large-size adhesive tape, dressing, or draping used in the field of medical and hygiene fields. It can provide medical adhesive dressing and first-aid adhesive tape whose surface causes no printing failure.
