摘要： [Problem] The invention is aimed at preventing bottom crack from occurring in a peelably laminated plastic container and maintaining the container stably in good in-use condition. This can be achieved by increasing the anti-peeling strength of a pair of rib strips, with which the bottom rib is formed, in the bottom seal that has been obtained by pinching off the parison at the bottom and molding the parison into a blow molded, peelably laminated plastic container.[Solution] The bottom seal 13 of a blow molded, peelably laminated container 1 is reinforced by a pair of rib strips 14 which are pressed to each other to form the bottom rib 15. A multiple number of cavities 16 are formed in the bottom rib 15 in such a way that the rib strip 14 on one side is pushed toward, and caved into, the rib strip on the other side at several points, and vice verse. An expanded portion 18 is formed in the ceiling of each cavity 16. As a result, an undercut engagement portion 19 is formed along the contact faces of both rib strips 14 so that anti-cracking bottom strength of the bottom seal is enhanced.

摘要： A refill case that includes a middle plate, the middle plate has a bottomed short cylinder shape that contains a cosmetic item and an outward brim along the periphery, a case body that accepts and keeps the middle plate, and a cap that is fitted around the case body detachably in screw engagement. The refill case also includes a ring-shaped gasket made of a soft, elastic material used to seal the middle plate through tight contact of the brim, and a butting wall disposed on either one of the case body or the cap to butt against the other one at a position in which screw engagement of the cap is complete and in which soft contact deformation of the gasket is controlled within a range of elastic deformation. The gasket is fitted to the cap in an undetachable manner but having play relative to the roof.

摘要： It is the objects of this invention to keep the middle plate sealed stably and securely in the refill case and thereby to maintain safely the quality of the cosmetic item inside the middle plate with no regard to the sealing of the middle plate and to make the middle plate replaceable at the user's own discretion. A refill case of this invention comprises a middle plate (21) in the shape of a bottomed short cylinder containing a cosmetic item (K) and having outward brim (23) along the periphery of the middle plate (21); a case body (2), which accepts and keeps said middle plate (21) in a storage cylinder (3) under the condition that said brim (23) sits on the top flat rim of this storage cylinder (3); and a cap (9), which is fitted around said case body (2) detachably in screw engagement, and which is used to seal said middle plate (21) through tight contact of said brim (23) with a ring-shaped gasket (16) made of a soft, elastic material, said gasket (16) being embraced by the underside of roof (10) and fitted thereto in an undetachable manner but in a state having play relative to said roof (10), wherein a butting wall (11) is disposed on either one of said case body (2) or said cap (9) so as to butt against the other one at a position in which screw engagement of said cap (9) with the case body (2) is complete and in which soft contact deformation of said gasket (16) is controlled within a range of elastic deformation.
