摘要： A fabricating method of nano-powder is provided. First, a mixture having at least a first material and a second material is provided. Then, the mixture is sintered to obtain a single phase alloy body. After that, the single phase alloy body is pre-crumbled to obtain a powder to be ground. Then, a chemical dispersant is added into the powder to further be ground, so as to obtain the nano-powder.

摘要： A fabricating method of an electron-emitting device is provided. The fabricating method of the electron-emitting device includes at least following procedures. Firstly, a substrate is provided. Next, a first electrode and a second electrode are formed on the substrate. Afterward, a conductive layer covering the first electrode and the second electrode is formed on the substrate. Then, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a gap are formed by patterning the conductive layer. The gap is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. After that, a plasma process is performed at the first conductive layer and second conductive layer.

A shaping process is then performed on the base material to render the base material into a structural layer including an alignment layer monolithically formed with a plurality of spacers. Subsequently, a first transparent conductive film and a second transparent conductive film are provided, and the structural layer is mounted between the first transparent conductive film and the second transparent conductive film such that the first transparent conductive film, the structural layer and the second transparent conductive film form a sandwich structure.

摘要： A bubbleless packaging method is provided. The method is applicable to package a display element. In the method, firstly, a first substrate and a first protective layer are provided. The first protective layer is formed on the first substrate. Then, a second substrate and a second protective layer are provided. The second protective layer is formed on the second substrate. Then, a plasma treatment is performed on surfaces of the first protective layer and the second protective layer. Then, the first substrate and the second substrate are dipped into a solution after the plasma treatment. Then, the first substrate and the second substrate are laminated in the solution, wherein the first protective layer faces the second protective layer. Finally, the first substrate and the second substrate are taken out from the solution.
