In the controlling device, an electric signal is formed for a modified pressure actual value, which is obtained by a differential of Δp/Δt, so as to feed the adjusting device.

SOLUTION: In this apparatus for regulating the amount of fiber flocks to be fed to at least one carding machine, a pressure-measuring element is built in an air pressure type feeding distribution path connected to the front portion of the carding machine. The pressure-measuring element can convert a pressure to an electric signal (an actual pressure value), and the output terminal of the pressure-measuring element is connected to a flock conveyer, such as a cleaner-controllable driving device, through an adjusting device. A controller (computer) is disposed between the pressure-measuring element and the adjusting device, and a signal to the actual pressure value can be inputted into the controller. An electric signal to the actual pressure value corrected by the differentiation of Δp/Δt in the controller can be formed and inputted to the adjusting device.
