    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular endovascular graft in which ease of deployment and low profile delivery can be achieved by use thereof in the treatment of fluid flow vessels of a patient's body. SOLUTION: The modular endovascular graft includes a main graft body part with a same side leg member. The same side leg member has an outer surface, a wall member, and a distal end. The modular endovascular graft further includes a same side graft body part, a same side attachment element, a radial compression member with a proximal end, a connector member, and a connector ring. At least a part of the connector ring is disposed on the wall member of the same side leg member. The radial compression member is disposed surrounding at least a part of the same side attachment element, and is secured to the same side leg member. The same side attachment element is disposed on the outer surface of the same side leg member of the main graft body part at the proximal end of the radial compression member by the connector member secured on the connector ring.     • Described is an inflatable implant suitable for placement in the human body and left there for an indeterminate and potentially lengthy period of time. The implant includes at least one bladder wall that generally is at least partially non-elastic (or unexpandable) after the preselected size is reache d. The bladder wall will define at least one fillable volume and may form more than one independent fillable volumes. The implant may also be used in conjunction with other components (often having a springed bias) as a source of movement in controlling the opening of a lumen or duct, that is to say, a s a type of on-off valve or as a controlled flow valve. The implant may, with an appropriate filler material or bladder wall material, be used in cooperation with an appropriate radio frequency (RF) source to cause the increase of a localized internal temperature and a resulting tissue change such as coagulation, ablation, or the like. Methods of using the implant are also described.
