    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting apparatus in which electrical connection is maintained even if great power acts on an antenna base 10.
      SOLUTION: A mounting screw 18 is inserted from betow into a locking member 20, its tip is screwed into the antenna base 10, and the screw is inserted from above into a mounting hole 12a of a vehicle body 12. In the locking member 20, a projection upward from an edge is used as an aperture arm 20b and its central portion is notched, and an upper free end is used as a locking claw 20a. The aperture arm 20b slightly above the slitted lower end is folded inside as a first joint part 20c and its upper portion is folded outside as a second joint part 20d, respectively, in dogleg shapes. By fastening the mounting screw 18, the upper end of the aperture arm 20b is regulated, the first and the second joint parts 20c, 20d are more deeply folded to expand a lower portion of the projection, and the tip of the locking claw integrated is expanded outwardly to face the edge of the mounting hole 12a.

A waterway for leading rainwater intruding into the spot-faced recess 18b to the outside is constituted of the vertical groove 18c and the transverse groove 12d.

Even if there is a raindrop from a lower end edge of a case 32, the raindrop is stopped by the wall 24b and prevented from entering the storage part 24c, so that the circuit board 16 is not exposed to the raindrop.       SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical member 12 is inserted between a pair of arms 16a erected on an antenna base 16, which member is formed with a conductive member at a base end of an antenna element 10 taking an oscillating support shaft 22 as an axial direction, and the oscillating support shaft 22 is disposed on the pair of the arms 16a and the cylindrical member 12. A feeding fitting 16c is disposed on the one arm 12a on which the bottom of the cylindrical member 12 abuts, and an engagement member 18 is disposed across an opening in the cylindrical member 12 such that it is movable axially and is prevented from mutually axially rotating. Further, an engagement member 20 is disposed on the other arm 12a so as to be prevented from mutually axially rotating, to which the engagement member 18 having a predetermined axial attitude is elastically engageable. Moreover, the engagement member 18 is elastically energized to the side of the engagement member 20 by loosely fitting, in compression, a spring coil 26 to the oscillating support shaft 22 between the bottom and the engagement member 18 in the cylindrical member 12.
