SOLUTION: A sealing section is formed of a burning object produced by burning green compact of spherical granulation powder, selected from among alumina, aluminum titanate, and cordierite. These ceramics are superior in thermal stability, and the spherical granulation powder is less likely to orientate during compacting, and hence anisotropy of physical property hardly occurs in the green compact. Accordingly, misalignment between particles is less likely to occur, even if thermal hysteresis is applied, and the gas sealing properties can be stably maintained for a long time.
