摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove needless resin made in the process of sealing a stator with resin from a lower mold.
SOLUTION: A resin molding device 1 includes an upper mold 3 and the lower mold 4, and a stator 2 is arranged in the recess 29 of the lower mold 4, and resin is injected into a cavity made at closing of the mold thereby sealing the winding of the stator 2 with resin. This device 1 includes a resin injection port 15 which is provided at the center of the upper mold 3, a center post 30 which is provided in the recess 29 of the lower mold 4, a space part which is made between the post 30 and the upper mold 3 at closing of the mold and serves as a passage for resin supplied from the injection port 15, the narrowest part where the space part becomes narrowest at the peripheral end of the post 30, spool eject pins 27 and 27A which are provided in the lower mold 4 so as to push up a needless spool F injected from the injection port 15 and fixed in the space part, and a stator eject pin 26 which is used to push out the stator 2. The eject pins 27 and 27A are so arranged as to push it up behind the eject pin 26.

SOLUTION: In the method of monitoring resin molding, resin injection condition is ensured by monitoring pressure in a cavity, when resin molding is performed by starting evacuation in the cavity 30, injecting resin therein and hardening it. In this method, the pressure in the cavity 30 is monitored on the basis of in-route pressure P of an air route 14 and an evacuation route 18 installed in a movable mold 12. After the start of the evacuation, abnormality is discriminated based on the maximum value T2 of the initial in-route pressure P that appears by the resin injection.
