The plastic container comprises a multi-layer polyester draw-stretched container having at least three-layer structure comprising a polyester resin outer layer/an intermediate resin layer/a polyester resin inner layer. The plastic container has the followings: an oxygen absorbing layer in each of thermoplastic resin inner and outer layers, and a thermoplastic resin intermediate layer; at least a first layer comprising amorphous or low-crystallization polymer of at least olefin and cyclic olefin, and a second layer comprising oxygen-barrier thermoplastic resin; the polyester outer layer, the intermediate layer comprising oxygen-barrier thermoplastic resin, and the inner layer comprising polypropylene resin; and a thermoplastic resin layer and a vapor deposition film layer.
